BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
The PCFHC provides primary healthcare to all residents of the Town of Petawawa.

A rostered patient of the PCFHC can book an appointment to receive care by calling (613) 687-7641.

Administrative Fees
Please note that we charge an administrative fee for missed appointments and non-insured services, such as filling in work-related forms. Please ask our Receptionist for details.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
To CANCEL an appointment, we require 24-hours notice so we may be able to offer your appointment to someone else. You may call us at (613) 687-7641 and leave a message. Please be sure to include your name, date and time of your appointment when notifying us of a cancellation. Failure to notify us will result in a charge for the missed appointment. Late cancellation fees are as follows:
- Missed Regular Appointment $30
- Missed Physical Checkup Appointment $50
